Welcome Locals
Since we at Landful and this homeowner have a love for California native plants and animals, we used California native ecotypes to inspired different garden features and moments throughout the landscape. A fountain is shaped to remind us of a high sierra meadow in the begin of spring when the snow melts. A pond is surrounded by wetland plants indigenous to California. Stonework has pockets for local cliff dwelling plants and flowers to thrive.
This garden is for wandering through while providing plenty of nooks to rest and enjoy the pollinators flying by. Bees, birds, and butterflies regularly stop by for a drink of water from the many new fountains on site, forge for seeds, collect pollen, or sip nectar from the colorful seasonal blooms curated throughout the garden.
